Responsibilities:<ul><li>This is a system Analyst role and, so it is important to understand overall SAP system landscape including Roles and authorizations design for all the SAP modules in S4HANA, GRC, PI/PO, Solution Manager etc.,</li><li>This is a global role, so should be flexible to support or help users in different time zones, as needed.</li><li>Subject Matter Expert for IT for SAP Security and GRC activities.</li><li>Experience in GRC access control, Risk Analysis and Remediation (RAR), and segregation of duty (SoD) mitigation and remediation.</li><li>Design and implement new authorization concepts in collaboration with business departments and IT stakeholders.</li><li>Manage SAP role design, administration, and analysis.</li><li>Perform SAP user administration following approved procedures.</li><li>Integrate SoD conform processes and perform authorization validation.</li><li>Initiate, plan, and implement relevant projects.</li><li>Meet all task deadlines assigned.</li><li>Implement and maintain the roles in multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, Quality, Sandbox, and production).</li><li>Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.</li><li>Introduce technical and design changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves SAP access standards of each SAP instance.</li><li>Design and implement an optimal SAP Security Process by implementing SOD processes.</li><li>Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.</li><li>String understanding SAP roles and profiles architecture / SOD concept</li><li>Distribute the online SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload.</li><li>Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.</li><li>Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.</li><li>Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).</li><li>Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.</li><li>Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology.</li><li>Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.</li><li>Lead and participate Disaster recovery process for SAP environment.</li><li>Provide status reports for projects to management.</li><li>Lead/own and/or participate in multiple projects at the same time by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; stakeholder communications, weekly status reporting, adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing business relationships.</li><li>Day-to-day functional support in the areas of SAP Basis is required.</li><li>Work cooperatively with technical or application personnel across IT globally to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.</li><li>Develop expertise to work with business vendors to resolve day-to-day problems or make process changes.</li><li>Learn and keep up to date with technology trends in the industry.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Functional specialty in GRC Access Control and Application Security.</li><li>Familiarity with Fiori Artifacts, SAP ERP, and SAP Activate project methodology.</li><li>Experience with IDM 7.2 / 8.0 applications and components.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP GRC Security and SAP GRC Suite.</li><li>Knowledge &amp;
