This role involves managing a team of order entry specialists, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with various departments to meet customer needs and company goals. Working based on the company policies; the manager is directly responsible assure all the orders are under compliance.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage the order entry team to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.</li><li>Develop and implement order entry procedures and best practices.</li><li>Monitor order processing systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency in order entry systems.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve order-related issues.</li><li>Analyze order entry data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Train and mentor order entry staff to enhance their skills and performance.</li><li>Maintain and update order entry documentation and training materials.</li><li>Generate and analyze reports on order processing metrics and performance.</li><li>Leads a team of orders analysts engaged in. </li><li>Supports conflict resolution as needed and fosters adherence to Teledyne’s standards of ethical business conduct.</li><li>Establishes and drives the daily priority of work for the team. Coordinates with adjacent departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to our customers. </li><li>Fosters an environment of collaboration and unity; builds relationships with adjacent departments to promote cooperation and mutual success.</li><li>Embraces change and drives management initiatives focused on process improvement, increased efficiency, and business growth.</li><li>Administers employee time and attendance reporting. </li><li>Oversees the administration of orders and Contracts analysis using SAP and related enterprise business applications.</li><li>Ensures all work assignments are performed in accordance with Company’s Policy and Compliance.</li></ul>Job Qualifications:<ul><li>Two-year general business degree or equivalent work experience in a customer service role or sales operations</li><li>Must possess a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility</li><li>Two years of hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required</li><li>Must be proficient in English and Spanish, other language skills a plus</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a team oriented fast paced environment.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of functions relating to the position. </li></ul>This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations).
