As part of the Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO), you will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer &amp; Partner Experience (CPX), Partners, Legal, Finance, Product, and Business Technology to accelerate strategic outcomes.The ideal candidate has strong program management experience in GTM environments within a large-scale SaaS organization, communicates with clarity, thrives in ambiguity, and drives execution without relying on formal authority.<h3></h3>What You’ll Do<h2></h2><h2>GTM Strategy &amp; Execution</h2><ul><li><h2>Partner with GTM and business leaders to scope, plan, and execute programs that support growth, efficiency, and customer success</h2></li><li>Drive alignment and execution for initiatives such as territory planning, AI for Sales, data enrichment, customer lifecycle optimization, and enablement</li><li>Define and refine scalable GTM processes and ensure alignment with company-wide goals and planning cycles</li></ul>Program Delivery<ul><li>Develop end-to-end program structures, including operating models, processes, and cadences</li><li>Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies</li><li>Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and escalate decisions when needed</li><li>Collaborate with Business Systems, Data &amp; Analytics, and Enablement teams to ensure operational readiness</li><li>Report on program KPIs, status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Facilitate coordination among Sales, Marketing, CPX, Partners, Product, and Technology teams</li><li>Navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and secure stakeholder buy-in.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership across GTM teams</li></ul>Change Management &amp; Enablement<ul><li>Partner on change management efforts, including communication, stakeholder alignment, and enablement</li><li>Support documentation, training, and adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives</li><li>Implement best practices for scalable and repeatable GTM program execution</li></ul><h2>What You’ll Need</h2>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent experience</li><li>4+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within or supporting GTM functions</li><li>Familiarity with GTM tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Customer teams, or Partner organizations</li><li>Background in SaaS or B2B technology environments</li><li>Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and executives</li><li>Exposure to sales strategy, marketing operations, or customer lifecycle programs</li><li>Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus  </li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Willingness to travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests  </li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangement</li></ul>How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $128,000.00 - $205,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
