This role will work closely with other Executive Assistants and Administrative Business Partners across all the departments at Zoox. The ideal candidate will be a clear and effective communicator, highly proficient with Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides), and quick to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. They should also be comfortable navigating an environment where priorities shift quickly — no two days are the same.
