The program offers practical exposure to various HR functions and supports participants in building the skills needed for future career growth.</span></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.</li><li>Schedule and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.</li><li>Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).</li><li>Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.</li><li>Support in preparing job offers and rejection letters.</li><li>Help with onboarding processes for new hires.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.</li><li>Participate in career fairs and recruitment events.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Saudi national.</li><li>Eligible for the Tamheer program (registered on <strong>Taqat.sa</strong> and not employed in the last 6 months).</li><li>No prior participation in Tamheer.</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills Required:</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).</li></ul><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
