Working within the US Talent &amp; Operations team, you’ll ensure employees are set up for success and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Your key responsibilities will be as follows: Talent, Learning &amp; Development <ul><li>Support and coordinate implementation of global and branch-level talent initiatives (performance management, learning &amp; development, diversity, inclusion &amp; wellbeing...) </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure individual training needs are identified and provide support to teams to meet their development goals </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes </li></ul><ul><li>Lead/support ad-hoc projects ensuring deliverables are completed with quality and in a timely manner </li></ul>HR Administration &amp; Systems <ul><li>Ensure timely updates and data accuracy in our HRIS (Workday)  </li></ul><ul><li>Lead payroll and benefits administration, including end-to-end payroll processing, benefits management, and employee support, coordinating open enrollment each year (staging materials, managing communications, and guiding employees through plan options and elections) </li></ul><ul><li>Manage employee records, ensure timely completion of HR documents and compliance requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Administer and track employee leaves of absence, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations </li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding <ul><li>Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding, ensuring a positive and structured new hire experience </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes </li></ul> Employee Relationships &amp; Culture <ul><li>Build trust-based relationships with employees at all levels, offering guidance and support. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote transparent internal communication and foster engagement and inclusion. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate on wellbeing initiatives, supporting a thriving workplace culture. </li></ul>Recruitment <ul><li>In collaboration with the Global Talent team, lead end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, sourcing, interview logistics, and coordination with hiring teams </li></ul><ul><li>Support talent attraction and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team. </li></ul>Office &amp; Change Management <ul><li>Partner with local leadership to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming office environment, and support change management and transformation projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead and participate in ad-hoc HR or cross-functional initiatives. </li></ul> WHY YOU’LL LOVE QUANTIS Quantis, a BCG company, is a leading sustainability consultancy tackling the world’s most pressing environmental challenges.
