Pure Energy Inc. is currently seeking an effective Warehouse Associate to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations at our San Antonio, TX warehouse. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of solar installation materials. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision</li><li>Collaborate with area project manager's and installation crews to ensure efficiency throughout installation process</li><li>Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations</li><li>Management and maintenance of fleet vehicles</li><li>Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements</li><li>Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies</li><li>Ordering of job supplies necessary to support installation activities</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices</li><li>Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases</li><li>Strong decision making and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>Preferences<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Experience in solar, electrical, or warehouse operations</li><li>OSHA 10</li><li>Forklift certification</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Must be able to follow directions and follow all safety procedures in place</li><li>Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time</li><li>Must be able to use proper technique to frequently lift 50 pounds</li><li>Working knowledge of computers and Google based programs required</li><li>Must be on-time and reliable for warehouse operations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15-$18/hrBenefits<ul><li>On the job training, bonuses, incentives, and more!</li><li>The company is growing fast, so opportunities for advancement are plentiful</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li></ul>
