You’ll strengthen our traditional SEO while making sure we stand out in AI-driven platforms like Google AIO, ChatGPT, and Perspective. Your Impact <ul><li>On-Page &amp; Off-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, and other on-page elements; collaborate on off-page SEO strategies such as link building.</li><li>Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs, and implement optimizations to improve site performance.</li><li>AI optimization: ensure content is optimized for natural language and conversational AI, using proper schema markup to help Google, Bing, and AI platforms generate relevant recommendations.</li><li>SEO Reporting &amp; Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and BigQuery to track performance metrics (de-averaged traffic, visibility, rankings) for both traditional SEO and generative AI visibility. Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.</li><li>Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented, both for SEO and AI-specific optimizations.</li><li>Continuous Learning &amp; Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, especially in the context of generative AI tools and algorithms, and apply new insights to improve performance</li><li>Reports to: Head of Marketing an Brand (m/w/d)</li></ul> What can you bring <ul><li>8+ years of full-time SEO experience in the German market.</li><li>Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush / Ahrefs.</li><li>Strong experience with technical SEO (site speed, structured data, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated experience optimizing for AI systems like ChatGPT, including structuring content for AI-driven search, with specific examples of wins and learnings.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO data interpretation to drive actionable insights.</li><li>Direct SEO experience in Germany is essential. Das hei&szlig;t, im Gegensatz zu anderen Stromanbietern, kauft Rabot Charge Strom kurzfristig &uuml;ber den Day-Ahead und Intraday-Markt ein, nutzt somit die st&uuml;ndlichen Preisschwankungen an der Stromb&ouml;rse und gibt den Einkaufspreis direkt an Kund*innen weiter.
