The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for inventory control and the shipping and receiving of all parts and supplies. Inventory Control includes: cycle counts, year-end counts, assisting with auditors, inventory adjustments, etc.  Additionally, this position will work closely with the shop technicians assigned to the Tomra repair and refurbish facility in the daily inventory and warehousing requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <ol><li>Manage parts inventory as stated above.</li><li>Shipping parts and products to customers and field service employees</li><li>Manage daily warehouse tasks, which include but are not limited to, cleaning and organizing.</li><li>Assist with the day-to-day task assignments of shop technicians to meet field requirements.</li><li>Responsible for issuing and documenting all parts, supplies, etc., pulled and returned from inventory.</li><li>Establish and maintain consistent inventory room hours for assigned technicians.</li><li>Assist with safety and environmental programs for shop operations and personnel.</li><li>Manage disposal of shop refuse, including scrap metal and hazardous waste.</li><li>Assist with the security of the facility.</li><li>Provide regular verbal and written reports to management regarding inventory concerns, shop facility and Tomra equipment, including any other pertinent issues relating to the operation of the Wixom, MI location.</li></ol>
