Here is what you will do: <ul><li>Lead the technical design and delivery of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) for large and complex projects. </li><li>Define system architectures, network topologies, and control strategies aligned with project requirements and client standards. </li><li>Provide expert oversight into system design, programming, integration, and commissioning activities. </li><li>Review and approve design drawings, control schematics, points lists, and sequence of operations. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure systems are designed for interoperability with HVAC, lighting, energy management, and IoT systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Mentor and guide controls engineers, programmers, and commissioning teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compliance with relevant standards (ASHRAE, ISO, EN, local codes) and cybersecurity best practices for BAS. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with project managers, MEP teams, and clients to ensure technical excellence and seamless integration. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to innovation initiatives—particularly around smart buildings, digital twins, analytics, and open protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Support business development through technical presentations, tender documentation, and client engagement. </li></ul>
