We are seeking a Senior Engineer- Electrical(Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful B+P projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.Here is what you will do:<ul><li>Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise</li><li>Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others</li><li>Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables</li><li>Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&amp;E package</li><li>Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings</li><li>Prepares technical specification sections</li><li>Leads and mentors junior engineers and technicians in electrical design principles and best practices</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines</li><li>Develops and implements innovative solutions to complex electrical engineering challenges</li><li>Ensures compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations</li><li>Conducts feasibility studies and risk assessments for new electrical design projects</li><li>Represents the company in technical forums and industry conferences related to electrical engineering</li></ul>
