Job Description <ul><li>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance &amp; accounting department.</li><li>Prepare/Review financial statements and reports, including monthly, annual accounts and schedules.</li><li>Strengthen internal controls, enhance processes improvements.</li><li>Develops and maintains a proactive working relationship with clients while delivering agreed upon expectations.</li><li>Understands client’s needs and requirements.</li><li>Continually examines current processes and procedures to establish process improvements, efficiencies, and group effectiveness.</li><li>Prepare cash flow and manage budgets/ cash forecasts.</li><li>Perform financial reviews.</li><li>Strong technical accounting skills</li><li>Review, collect, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and correspondence.</li><li>Provide financial support to the senior management team.</li><li>Support ad-hoc projects that arise during various systems implementations.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of R2R processes</li><li>Senior Stakeholder management experience</li></ul>
