They will collaborate across product management, sales, marketing, IT, and operations to build a scalable, data-driven commercial ecosystem, influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.This role will be based in our Charlotte, NC Enterprise Collaboration Hub.Core Responsibilities:Pricing Strategy<ul><li>Develop and implement global pricing strategies that maximize market share, profitability, and customer value across all WSS product lines and solution applications.</li><li>Lead pricing governance, including list price setting, value proposition assessment, price realization, inflation tracking, and analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, and product management to ensure pricing aligns with cost structures and competitive positioning.</li><li>Establish competitive pricing models and participate in industry forums to monitor trends and benchmark performance.</li></ul>Commercial Transformation &amp; Sales Enablement<ul><li>Enhance the Commercial Management Operating System powered by analytics to empower regional sales and service teams.</li><li>Drive digital modernization of sales and account management processes using ERP, CRM, Power Automate, and other enterprise platforms.</li><li>Partner with IT and divisional business leaders to transition analog workflows into integrated digital solutions, improving process visibility and customer engagement.</li><li>Lead the development of a master account management portal for proactive communication, task tracking, and document management.</li><li>Measure ROI of transformation initiatives and continuously refine strategies to support sales growth and customer retention.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to pricing specialists, aftermarket teams, and sales leaders on pricing and commercial strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources to attract, retain, and develop top commercial talent.</li><li>Ensure alignment of commercial initiatives with strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership commitment.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of leadership experience in pricing strategy, sales enablement, or commercial transformation.</li><li>Proven success in driving digital innovation and commercial growth through cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.</li><li>Deep understanding of core business processes and technical solutions in sales and account management.</li><li>Exceptional communication, influence, and change management capabilities.</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $205,000 plus bonus.   Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.  At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
