You’ll turn complexity into clarity — transforming data into strategy, aligning systems and teams, and ensuring every deal, forecast, and customer interaction moves us closer to our goals.As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be the architect behind how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success work together to drive predictable, scalable growth. You’ll sit at the center of our commercial operations, building the insights, processes, and tools that help leadership make confident decisions and empower our teams to hit (and exceed) their targets.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Own and continuously optimize the full revenue operations lifecycle — from lead generation and pipeline management to renewal and expansion.</li><li>Build scalable workflows that make revenue predictable and repeatable.</li><li>Make sense of the numbers — turning data into insights and forecasts that help us move faster and smarter.</li><li>Supercharge our systems (like HubSpot) for automation and accuracy.</li><li>Provide actionable insights that guide leadership decisions and drive growth, retention, and operational excellence.</li></ul><ul></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>You’re experienced in revenue, sales, or marketing operations, ideally in a SaaS and B2B tech environment.</li><li>You love combining data and strategy to drive clarity, efficiency, and growth.</li><li>You’re fluent in CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and know how to make them sing.</li><li>You think in systems and processes, but you’re also hands-on and ready to dig into the details.</li><li>You thrive in fast-moving environments and take ownership from idea to implementation.</li><li>You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and enjoy collaborating across teams.</li></ul><ul></ul> This is what we can offerWe are a fun-loving team of people from different backgrounds, with different likes and personalities.
