<div> The Opportunity We’re currently looking for a Area Sales Manager to join our Sales team. We’re seeking someone with a passion for electric mobility, a curiosity for technology, and a drive to contribute to meaningful change.This position is located at Helsinki, Finland and is office-based. The role includes travelling around Finland. The Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for driving and coordinating retail sales with designated partners, supporting their Space Managers in achieving targets, and maintaining strong relationships through frequent visits. Other key responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively drive sales by keeping Space sales teams knowledgeable of Polestar’s sales processes, tools and campaigns</li><li>Implement system trainings locally with partners</li><li>Collaborate with Polestar sales team to be align with sales activities in Finland</li><li>Identify and suggest processes and system improvements to secure accuracy and quality</li><li>Gather necessary input from various sources and delivering it to help sales teams (internal &amp; Partner)</li><li>Collaborate with partner and internal stakeholders</li></ul> The ideal candidate To succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have: Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity and the ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.In addition, you will need the following qualifications:<ul><li>Degree (min.
