The role involves building analytical tools, performing data analysis to support rate design and revenue forecasting, and delivering insights to leadership. Ideal candidates have foundational experience in data analysis, Excel, and an interest in utility rates and regulatory work. Key responsibilities:• Build Business Intelligence tools for bill comparisons, revenue forecasting, and variance reporting using Power BI• Support rate analysis including monthly/annual forecasting and performance monitoring• Assist with rate case preparation through data extraction using SQL, analysis, and tool development for regulatory filings• Requires strong Excel skills for working with large datasets, basic SQL for pulling data, and familiarity with Power BI• Review rate development deliverables for accuracy and compliance
