You will be responsible for P-FEMA related work; Organize P-FEMA team and workshops and related meetings for risk control discussions; Output control measures, quality control plans and checklists; PFMEA and control plans making , and dynamically update.2. You will analyze and improvement of quality problems (NCR)in production. Solve quality problems in workshop, such as batch or major quality problems, organize relevant departments to conduct root cause analysis, implement improvement measures, and follow up the effectiveness of improvements to ensure normal production. Familiar with 8D analysis, QC 7 methods, P-FMEA and other quality tools, DMAIC logic to solve quality problems.3. You will perform quality observation tour (QOT) in production process to promote process improvement.4. You will support in quality data and analysis and quality report/KPI calculation.5. You will support type test quality risk assessment, zero-sequence production quality tracking of new products, and support TOP realization also support in other tasks assigned by the director of the quality department.6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7. You hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical or related majors is preferred.2. Green belt and black belt certification certified by the Quality Association are preferred.5. Proficient in the use of commonly used quality tools: 8D, QC seven methods, commonly used quality tools.6. Experience in high voltage and lightning impact test is preferred.7.
