Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Marketing and Sales</li><li>Parts for compressors, chillers, Witt pumps, controls including PR- OLEO® oil. </li></ul><ul><li>Omni™ retrofit panels, Witt products, condensers, heat exchangers and HB level control products. </li><li>Parts for legacy piston compressors models.</li><li>Inventory/stock management and logistics processes.</li><li>Manage the offer management process from quotation to invoicing. </li><li>Ordering of spare parts via GEA BluShop and implementation (including training) thereof to all 3rd party contractors. </li><li>Develop and maintain customer relationships (i.e., regular face time, quarterly visits). </li><li>Offer and provide customer product training, provide technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.</li><li>Reporting &amp; invoicing - ensure monthly O/I &amp; sales targets are realized.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Sales &amp; Marketing, or a related technical field.</li><li>Additional courses in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Technical Sales, or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>5 years’ experience in technical spare parts sales, ideally within an industrial or engineering environment or experience in similar functions.</li><li>Deep practical know-how of sales processes, organization methods and tools (e.g., ordering, pricing)</li><li> Proven record of working with OEM’s, service departments, or distributors.</li><li>Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and ERP software for parts quotation and order management.</li><li>Experience interpreting technical drawings, equipment BOMs (Bill of Materials), and machine manuals to identify correct spare parts.</li></ul>Other Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Microsoft Office efficiency.</li><li>Strong customer orientation</li><li> Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations</li><li>Open-minded and solution-oriented, strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team player, good networker and negotiator. </li><li>Very good communication skills, strong salesperson</li><li>Ability to engage with customers at different levels.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple customer requests.</li><li>Practical know-how and understanding of industrial compression components and refrigeration principles (Advantageous).</li></ul>Did we spark your interest? Spare Parts Sales Specialists - Compression Sales
