You’ll design and deliver smart integrations between the Choco platform and our customers’ ERP and business systems — ensuring they get value fast. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where curiosity, precision, and problem-solving meet real customer impact.<h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul style=""><li>Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n).</li><li>Own integration projects end-to-end — from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement.</li><li>Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insight (~10% of your time).</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.</li><li>Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally.</li></ul><h2>What You Bring</h2><ul style=""><li>2–5 years’ experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.</li><li>Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and databases.</li><li>Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar.</li><li>Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.</li><li>Excellent communicator in German and English, able to make complex ideas clear and simple.</li><li>Located in Berlin and excited to join us onsite Monday through Wednesday</li></ul>Choco was founded in 2018 in Berlin.
