Your mission VIDA is looking for a Founders Associate - People &amp; Operations to help shape the organization behind our mission. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive our people strategy, strengthen our culture, and lead cross-functional initiatives that keep VIDA running smoothly as we grow. This position is ideal for someone who loves connecting people, structure, and purpose - combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across people, culture, operations and strategic innovation.
