The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in the ANZ FP&amp;A team, acting as a business partner to ANZ’s Business Lines and Support Functions and working closely with ANZ’s Finance Teams.How you’ll make a difference<ul><li>Playing a key role in supporting the annual plan and the monthly close/outlook &amp; pipeline processes and monitoring the quality and integrity of data across our financial systems.</li><li>Utilise business intelligence tools to provide the most efficient platform to produce one version of the truth reporting and analysis presented in the most value adding formats</li><li>Assist with monthly reporting and commentary on actuals, capturing key variances, trends and risks/opportunities.</li><li>Support the FP&amp;A Director through provision of ad-hoc analysis, including effective presentation of data and insightful commentary and recommendations.</li><li>Monthly review of ANZ’s pipeline sources, balances and activity for quality and accuracy, along with the provision of analysis/commentary capturing key wins, bookings and adjustments.</li><li>Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and machine learning technologies.</li><li>Develop process maps, requirements, and documentation for automation initiatives</li></ul>
