Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for ensuring sound liquidity management, robust tax compliance, and comprehensive insurance coverage for the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s financial governance framework and drive efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple domains. #LI-SG1 #LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities:Treasury Management<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Oversee daily cash management, liquidity planning, and bank account structures.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure optimal financing terms and service quality.</li><li>Manage working capital, intercompany funding, and short- to medium-term financing.</li><li>Implement and maintain treasury policies, internal controls, and risk management processes for FX, interest, and counterparty exposures.</li><li>Drive process improvement and automation in treasury operations.</li></ul>Tax Compliance &amp; Advisory<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Manage direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions.</li><li>Oversee tax accounting, filings, and documentation, including transfer pricing.</li><li>Monitor legislative changes and assess their business implications.</li><li>Coordinate with external advisors and manage tax audits or rulings.</li><li>Provide tax guidance on business projects, restructurings, and transactions.</li></ul>Insurance Management<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Manage the corporate insurance program, including property, liability, product, transport, and D&amp;O coverage.</li><li>Lead annual renewals, negotiations, and claims management.</li><li>Identify and assess potential insurable risks and ensure adequate global coverage.</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul style="text-align:justify;"><li>Lead and develop a small Treasury &amp; Tax team, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the CFO, Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations teams to ensure aligned financial governance.</li><li>Engage with external partners such as banks, insurers, and auditors to ensure effective collaboration and transparency.</li></ul> Profile:<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law; professional qualifications such as ACT, Swiss Certified Treasurer, or Certified Tax Expert are an advantage.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">10+ years of experience in Treasury, Tax, or related finance disciplines, ideally in an international corporate environment.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Proven expertise in cash management, financing, and tax compliance.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Solid understanding of insurance and financial risk management.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience leading small teams and managing cross-functional projects.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Hands-on, pragmatic approach suitable for a mid-sized, dynamic company.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Fluent in English; German is an advantage. </li></ul>  We value and encourage diversity in our team.
