We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for resolving a wider range of customer issues, analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, and suggesting improvements to the customer support process.<h2></h2><h2></h2><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service quality, timely deliveries, contract compliance and performance.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.</li><li>Support the negotiation of service agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.</li><li>Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment and smooth communication across all parties.</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and customers while fostering a culture of cooperation and understanding.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, contracts, and communications with suppliers and customers.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on delivery performance and supplier compliance for senior management.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2>Skills/Qualifications/Experience</h2><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.</li><li>Experience working in the water utility industry, specifically smart metering would be an advantage.</li><li>Skilled at building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and/or customers.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders (internal, customers, suppliers).</li><li>Ability to assess the commercial impact of delivery decisions.</li><li>Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams (developers, engineers) and business stakeholders.</li><li>Proven success in managing third-party suppliers and ensuring end-to-end service delivery across the value chain.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
