Must be able to make equipment configuration changes to maintain efficient plant production and process uptime.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>After Hours On call:<ul><li>Participate in rotation for afterhours On-Call status and respond to plant emergencies in accordance with customer required timelines .</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications:Education:<ul><li>Trade school or equivalent experience in the field of industrial mechanical, instrumentation, electrical or engineering.</li></ul>Professional experience:<ul><li>Strong computer skills.</li><li>5+ years plus experience in mechanical, pneumatics, electrical, PLC, industrial instrumentation, and related field.</li><li>Able to read and understand technical blueprints and electrical systems.</li><li>Knowledge of micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring devices.</li><li>Good analytical skills and must be detail oriented.</li><li>Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior in a team environment.</li><li>Must understand and comply with the 5 Cardinal Rules.</li><li>Required to wear the proper PPE equipment for the work area.</li><li>Must immediately report injuries or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.</li><li>Respiratory protection (as required).</li><li>Complete HAZWAPPER and arc flash/electrical training annually (as required).</li><li>Complete annual EHS training (respirator and environmental training).</li><li>Annual hearing conservation program (HCP).</li></ul>Key behaviors:<ul><li>Lifting over 35 lbs. requires a lifting device, crane/hoist, or assistance from another associate.</li><li>Must be able to work as a team member and be able to work individually without direct supervision.</li><li>Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reaching, kneeling, work in awkward positions, ability to climb ladders, and work from high platforms.</li><li>Work is performed indoors and outdoors.
