Where standards don’t yet exist, you’ll collaborate with the OT Services Lead to define and implement the necessary policies and processes, contributing to the UK Renewables Centre of Excellence. You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders—from cybersecurity and digital transformation teams to onshore and offshore operations and development—ensuring seamless service delivery and system integrity. Your technical responsibilities will span Windows Server environments (2016–2022+), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Nutanix virtualisation, SAN storage, backup solutions, and automation scripting using PowerShell and other tools. Security and compliance are central to this role. You’ll work closely with governance teams to uphold ITIL standards, participate in disaster recovery planning, and support incident resolution and root cause analysis. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of the CoE OT portfolio plan and manage Microsoft MPSA within ScottishPower Renewables.What you’ll bring  We’re looking for someone who thrives in change, builds trust across teams, and brings strong relationship management skills.
