This role is key to ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of reinforcement, diversions, and asset replacement works across the secondary network.What you’ll be doing<ul><li>Managing a portfolio of LV overlay projects as part of the Lanarkshire District Order Book</li><li>Supporting the delivery of district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory and incentive objectives</li><li>Liaising with landowners, customers, and framework partners to plan and communicate project activities</li><li>Coordinating project plans to minimise customer outages and improve service performance</li><li>Ensuring compliance with safety legislation and promoting exemplary safety behaviours</li><li>Using systems such as SAP to build jobs, book materials, and manage asset/network data</li><li>Supporting contractor management and identifying opportunities to optimise resource utilisation</li><li>Tracking project progress and contributing to delivery plans aligned with stakeholder needs</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>Experience in project or programme coordination, ideally within an electrical, engineering or utility environment</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and incentive mechanisms</li><li>Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and devise effective solutions</li><li>Technical and operational experience in LV network construction and maintenance is desirable</li><li>Computer literacy and familiarity with systems such as SAP</li><li>Either a crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ (electrical or engineering), or equivalent experience within the construction and operations of electricity networks</li></ul>What’s in it for youAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
