Additionally, we are not authorized for employment under OPT/CPT/F1 visa programs.</li><li>Local residency with the availability to report onsite in the field and/or office as needed.</li><li>High School degree or equivalent.</li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Required Qualifications<ul><li>Must have experience working as an Operator in the oil and gas industry or similar. </li><li>Strong compressor and instrumentation background, including PLC knowledge. </li><li>Hands-on training and/or formal education in compression, PLCs, gas measurement, instrumentation, valves and metering would be highly desirable.</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>In accordance with New York State law, the base salary for this position is $76,500 annually. Final compensation is determined by the candidate’s placement within the Operator Progression Model. </li><li>Placement within Repsol’s Operator Progression Model (Operator III, II, I) and the corresponding base salary is determined by the candidate’s cumulative years of relevant experience and successful completion of the progression model’s established criteria. </li><li>New hires typically start at Operator III unless development requirements have been previously completed for Operator II eligibility based upon the criteria for that level. </li></ul>Location &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Field-based role, onsite full time, local candidates residing within ~1 hr. commute are encouraged to apply.
