This role is critical in enabling a high-performing, secure digital workplace — balancing operational excellence with innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, People &amp; Culture, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional employee technology experience across the full lifecycle — from onboarding and device management to network, identity, and access control. You will also work closely within the Product &amp; Engineering team to manage various environments, deployments and performance monitoring,What You'll Do<ul><li>Infrastructure &amp; System Management: Drive high availability, uptime and performance across SaaS platforms, network, endpoint &amp; infrastructure environments (On-prem / Cloud)</li><li>DevOps &amp; Monitoring: Develop and mature the DevOps culture and automation to support modern infrastructure practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Security &amp; Compliance: Manage identity &amp; access management, security controls, patch management, vulnerability management. Support compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO27001, GDPR).</li><li>IT Operations &amp; Service Delivery: Support the IT helpdesk &amp; operations, driving improvement in response times and effective documentation</li><li>Automation &amp; Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of automation, and integration to drive efficiencies across the infrastructure stack. </li><li>Vendor &amp; Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, licences and subscriptions driving for compliance and solutions fit for purpose. </li></ul> What you'll Bring<ul><li>3-5 years IT System Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations within a fast-paced, scaling or enterprise tech environment</li><li>Workplace Technology &amp; SaaS products: Administration of a mixture of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian Suite</li><li>Identity &amp; Access Management: End to end access management experience through a variety of tooling Okta, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, ACL</li><li>Network Management: Comfortable with networking fundamentals, managing and maturing VPNs, Firewalls and Security Protocols</li><li>Cloud &amp; DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices and supporting the SDLC (ideally AWS) </li><li>Customer Centric &amp; Hands On: A data driven and a continuous learning mindset</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Effective communicator with an ability to facilitate cross-team collaboration for clear information flow</li></ul>BenefitsPending Role Type
