The AECOM Asset Management Team is actively seeking a Project Coordinator / Administrative Support for full-time employment in its Burnaby, BC office. This position will support the Asset Management Team in preparing professional reports, organizing project documentation, and assisting with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in Adobe InDesign and MS Excel, a sharp eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.The responsibilities of this position include:<ul><li>Preparing, formatting, and updating professional reports and publications in Adobe InDesign.</li><li>Supporting the team with Excel-based data organization and analysis (e.g., charts, tables, lookups, and pivot tables).</li><li>Assisting with project coordination and administrative tasks, including organizing files and tracking deliverables.</li><li>Helping the Asset Management Team compile and organize data, visuals, and written content for reports.</li><li>Learning and developing proficiency in Power BI to support data visualization and reporting needs, with support and mentorship provided by AECOM staff.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and ensuring version control.</li><li>Assisting in the preparation of presentations and other communication materials.</li><li>Collaborating with team members across departments to support data and reporting needs.</li><li>Performing general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the team.</li><li>Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>
