You will provide pragmatic legal advice, and be a trusted advisor, to help enable the business to achieve its goals.We’re looking for a Specialist – Senior Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Affairs team. You’ll play a key part in providing pragmatic, effective legal advice across all areas of our business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with a variety of people, support projects, and help shape the way we do things. What you’ll do: <ul><li>Provide clear, practical legal advice to all Contact business units </li><li>Negotiate, draft, and review contracts </li><li>Support dispute resolution and business-as-usual activities </li><li>Be an active member of project teams, offering legal insight and solutions </li><li>Maintain and improve our standard contract templates and legal processes </li><li>Help ensure our governance and compliance activities are robust and effective </li><li>Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders, making sure outputs are meaningful and support decision-making </li></ul>
