Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the division.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>Ensuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalities</li><li>Collaborating with the Real Estate team to collect accurate data</li><li>Coordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstraction. Managing leases and improving abstraction processes</li><li>Conducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction tool</li><li>Reporting bugs and testing fixes</li><li>Raising POs and verifying invoices</li><li>Preparing presentation decks, analyses, reports. and strategic planning.
