The candidate should have knowledge of electrical engineering, with a focus on site supervision, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. The role requires supporting senior engineers in day-to-day project activities and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks in line with project requirements.<ul><li>Assist in the supervision and execution of electrical works at the project.</li><li>Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with senior engineers and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Monitor daily site activities and prepare progress updates/reports.</li><li>Ensure that electrical works are carried out as per project specifications and standards.</li><li>Assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of work activities and material usage.</li></ul>With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.Suitable applicants will have/be:<ul><li>Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field)</li></ul><ul><li>0–3 years of relevant experience in the power and energy sector (fresh graduates may also apply).</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, and testing procedures.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>SMEC is an equal opportunity employer.
