The Aftermarket Pricing Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the Aftermarket Business pricing strategy. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven pricing strategies that balance profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and financial acumen with strategic vision and business insight to influence decision-making and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the commercial organization, the Aftermarket Pricing Lead will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to align pricing initiatives with overall business objectives. This individual will also monitor market dynamics, identify revenue opportunities, and lead continuous improvement in pricing processes and governance to ensure the organization remains agile and competitive in a fast-changing marketplace.
