Solar Energy Solutions is looking for an on-site Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training &amp; development and talent management in a rapidly growing small company environment. They will serve as a resource for managers to help resolve and track employee issues and determine a plan of action. The ability to influence and design the future HR direction for the business is significant as is the opportunity to be in on the ground floor of the rapidly accelerating clean energy revolution. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy</li> <li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues</li> <li>Manage the recruitment and selection process</li> <li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management</li> <li>Manage the recruitment and selection process by creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections</li> <li>Generate official internal HR related documents </li> <li>Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations</li> <li>Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records</li> <li>Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities</li> <li>Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities</li> <li>Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly</li> <li>Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances</li> <li>Coach and support supervisory level management in the performance and skills management of their teams</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive</li> <li>Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources or a related field</li> <li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases</li> <li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices</li> <li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company</li> <li>Knowledge of HR administrative tasks and responsibilities</li> <li>Verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
