Let’s create impact together! 🌱What's on the menu?As our first Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO’s strategic partner and “chief integrator”—turning vision into execution and ensuring the company scales with focus and precision.You’ll sit on the leadership team and act as the connective tissue across departments, driving clarity, alignment, and operational excellence. Your week will be dynamic—facilitating leadership meetings, aligning on company OKRs, preparing board updates, and guiding strategic projects that shape the company’s trajectory.You’ll play a pivotal role in:<ul><li>Driving execution on Orbisk’s growth goals (including doubling ARR and ensuring cash flow).</li><li>Managing company operating rhythms—OKRs, leadership meetings, and cross-functional accountability.</li><li>Leading and supporting strategic initiatives such as Customer Success optimization, AI automation, and potential business integrations.</li><li>Translating complex ideas into clear plans and recommendations for executive decision-making.</li><li>Representing the CEO in select meetings, projects, and leadership forums. </li></ul>This is a high-impact role with full visibility across the business—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations, and who’s excited to help scale a mission-driven organization.The key ingredients for success:<ul><li>±5 years in management consulting (or equivalent strategy/operations role) and ±2 years in a scale-up environment.</li><li>Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.</li><li>A structured, analytical thinker with excellent communication and business judgment.</li><li>Comfortable shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution.</li><li>Data-driven mindset, comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and light financial modeling.</li><li>Passionate about sustainability, operational excellence, and building a mission-driven company.</li></ul>Why join Orbisk? Orbisk has developed  the world’s first fully automated food waste monitor. We outfit your waste bin with a scale and a smart camera. The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process,  annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
