Therefore, it would be ideal if you bring the following background: <ul><li>7+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally with international scope.</li><li>Proven success hiring across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.</li><li>Strong understanding of regional talent markets and cultural nuances.</li><li>Experience with ATS systems; Personio knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Languages: English and Spanish C1-C2; French or Italian at C1 level is a very strong advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and a passion for connecting people with purpose.</li></ul> Why us?
