This person will be responsible for ensuring that Lucid can support Inside Sales and customer-facing field Sales teams from the reservation process through deliveries to the customers and acting as an extension of the DMV Operations team located in Torrance. <br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with the Sales, Delivery and Order Operations teams to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the vehicle purchase are complete and accurate. </li><li>Prepare and review customer Purchase Agreements, disclosures and vehicle DMV documents for customer deliveries.</li><li>Process DMV registrations across multiple states for customers as well as fleet vehicles.  </li><li>Record information and ensure data quality in multiple systems. </li><li>Serve as authority on vehicle taxes and fees, keeping abreast of state changes.</li><li>Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives. </li><li>Support revenue recognition reviews on an ongoing basis </li><li>Work with Supervisor to continuously improve training material and help aide in training of new hires. </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Preferably 2 years of experience with In-State Dealership Title and Registration.</li><li>Dealership Business Office administration or Dealership Finance Assistant preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in processing Title and Registration, Sales Contract Processing and other Sales and DMV documents.</li><li>Passion for the customer experience and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience. </li><li>Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Comfort navigating ambiguity with an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment. </li><li>Ability to work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><p> </p><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
