You’ll be responsible for shaping integrated solutions that deliver industry-leading performance and user experiences, while ensuring our systems scale reliably across global deployments.Success in this role means navigating a broad spectrum of stakeholders—from engineering and design to market leaders and senior management—to set direction, enable bold decision-making, and drive measurable business outcomes that reinforce TOMRA’s position as a global sustainability leader.As part of a strong product management team, you will help define and structure TOMRA’s product management discipline, and guide the evolution of our combined physical and digital offerings.  Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Shape and execute product strategy by owning the on-machine retail integrations, functions and services</li><li>Balance strategic and operational work, through solving hands-on issues and set a roadmap aligned with TOMRA’s global ambitions</li><li>Navigate and align diverse internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Build product management excellence by embedding customer insight, and use rapid iteration and real-world feedback to drive measurable improvements</li><li>Drive embedded software innovation through close collaboration with engineering teams to integrate embedded software and physical hardware</li></ul>
