·       Provides estimates for each project phase: conceptual, schematic design, design development and construction documents ·       Prepare detailed cost estimates via industry accepted methods such as RS Means for small and large projects. Estimates shall be provided in UNIFORMAT II and CSI formats, as well as other client specific formats.
