We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our site team on a large residential development, in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the project during the post-contract phase, ensuring cost-effectiveness and contractual compliance.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage post-contract commercial activities across the project.</li><li>Review and assess contractor interim payment applications and prepare recommendations for certification.</li><li>Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims in line with contract terms.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and prepare monthly cost reports for the client or management.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company policies, and local regulations.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, design consultants, and contractors on commercial and contractual matters.</li><li>Provide cost advice on potential design or construction changes during project delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and contractual purposes.</li><li>Support procurement activities, including sub-contractor agreements and supplier evaluations (as required).</li><li>Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>
