In this role, you will also take ownership of identifying improvement opportunities, driving solutions, and implementing enhancements across the organization to foster continuous growth and efficiency.&nbsp;The preferred location for this position is in&nbsp;Istanbul, Türkiye. However, the office is located in Tuzla, so ideally, you either live nearby or are willing to relocate to the area. This position offers a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home each week.&nbsp;We are committed to investing in your professional growth and development, offering you the opportunity to build a long-term career with us in a dynamic and supportive environment.&nbsp;Your role and responsibilities&nbsp;As an Administrative Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Planning, scheduling and allocating Field Services' Resources in Türkiye supporting specific internal customers.</li><li>Follow up and contribute to target and KPI achievement.</li><li>Field Service processes and tools according to Business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental.</li><li>Ensuring continuous quality development of the field service delivery.</li><li>Support the development of own competences as well as competences within own department.</li><li>Support/be active in improving the QEHS performance within the department.</li><li>Strive for continuous improvements/propose improvements in processes/way of working.</li><li>Report near misses (WeCare).</li><li>Approve invoices related to the business.</li><li>Issue invoices and credits in SAP.</li><li>Issue POs in SAP and WeBuy.</li></ul>&nbsp;As an Administrative Coordinator your work will also focus on these administrative tasks:&nbsp;<ul><li>Admin handling hour registration/corrections in CATS, prepare for Team leader to approve for salary.</li><li>Travel Expense reporting support for FS Resources.</li><li>"Maintainer" and "Key-user" of Confidential Data Platform (CDP). Keep data maintained.</li><li>Support FS Resources with FS Mobility.</li><li>Visa; vaccination; travel support.</li><li>Support in ordering working clothes for FS, and follow-up the cleaning agreement.</li><li>Support with purchasing materials the department.</li><li>Support with invoicing/ of FS/CM orders as well as invoicing related tasks.</li><li>Support to open/handle orders.</li><li>Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines providing administrative support in connection with Resources' planning.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements for the position&nbsp;<ul><li>Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish is a must.</li><li>Experience with SAP.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Safety-oriented mindset.</li><li>Resource planning experience is an advantage.</li><li>Organizational abilities with a proactive and problem-solving approach.</li><li>Understanding of general financial principles.</li><li>Knowledge of local legislation and labor laws.</li><li>Strong skills in reporting and data analysis.</li></ul>&nbsp;As an ideal candidate you might also have...&nbsp;<ul><li>BSc. in economics or equivalent is beneficial, but not a requirement.</li><li>Teamworking skills.</li><li>Able in communication at all levels.</li></ul>&nbsp;Why you and us?&nbsp;You are valued – as your true self.
