Join our outstanding team and help shape the future of energy. Position Specific Description<ul><li>Support VMO systems operations by maintaining dashboards, intake workflows, and reporting tools that track vendor performance, contract milestones, and SLA adherence.</li><li>Assist in contract lifecycle tracking by updating metadata, flagging renewal timelines, and ensuring alignment between contract terms and system configurations.</li><li>Conduct basic data validation across contract repositories and VMO platforms to ensure accuracy in vendor profiles, spend categorization, and compliance checkpoints.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to document process gaps, support intake triage, and surface system enhancements that improve contract visibility and governance.</li><li>Generate recurring reports and visual summaries that highlight contract status, vendor tiering, and operational KPIs for VMO leadership and business stakeholders.</li><li>QA of IT services statements of work (SOW) in SAP Fieldglass SOW based on standard criteria</li></ul>
