As a Large Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for: <ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Supervising all depot staff, including coaching, scheduling, communications, performance evaluations and management, safety, maintenance, and documentation of personnel files, training, and more. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Assisting in the recruitment process and recommending candidates for hire. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed for depot operations</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Ensuring and/or providing good customer relations </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Completing all depot forms, reports, and accounting accurately</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Performing all tasks within the depot, from counting containers for deposit refund and operating the Point of Sale system or tills to preparing containers for shipping  </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Providing external communications</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Attending training and workshops as required.</li><li style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px;">Performing other tasks as required. </li></ul>What are the skills you must have to perform this role?
