Position Summary: Redaptive is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce development, administration, and solution architecture, combined with strong sales and operations acumen. You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level architectural guidance, system optimization strategies, integration support, and leading the adoption of advanced features including AI and automation capabilities.
