Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Product Data Management and Client Synchronization<ul><li>Create and update articles and technical sheets on client platforms, GS1, or Excel.</li><li>Maintain the assortment in GS1: add new products, verify and upload visuals, update product names and descriptions.</li><li>Check connections with client platforms and ensure data consistency.</li></ul>Retail Media (Client Advertising)<ul><li>Collaborate with KAMs to provide product photos/videos for advertising campaigns.</li><li>Act as the point of contact with client representatives and facilitate communication for KAMs.</li><li>Conduct post-campaign analysis (post-mortem) when possible.</li></ul>Administrative Support and Internal Follow-up<ul><li>Keep internal and external client-related files up to date.</li><li>Encode product logistics data on client platforms.</li><li>Upload product visuals and descriptions to client websites.</li></ul>Document Management and Compliance<ul><li>Collect, verify, and transmit product information: technical sheets, safety data sheets, brochures, and promotional materials.</li><li>Maintain the GSPR database (hazard signals on packaging).</li></ul>Sales Support and Initiatives<ul><li>Research and prepare information for sales support measures.</li><li>Suggest ideas to improve team efficiency.</li></ul>Logistics and Samples<ul><li>Send product samples (via mail or UPS) and share specific technical sheets by email.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Proficiency in office tools (Excel) and GS1 platforms.</li><li>Very good knowledge of English.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
