This role is responsible for translating business improvement plans into actionable deployment strategies that enhance customer experience, reduce demand, and improve operational efficiency.Working closely with senior stakeholders, the post-holder will lead the coordination of change activities, ensuring seamless integration of new processes, systems, and ways of working. By fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners, the Business Deployment Manager will ensure that deployments are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact on service quality and customer outcomes.What you'll be doing<ul><li>Support development of functional requirements, responsible for co-ordinating testing and responsible for training plans and strategies for the service experience improvement</li><li>Identify benchmark opportunities in Utilities and other business sectors</li><li>Provide input to the phased improvement/deployment plans across Energy Retail</li><li>Primary control point for all change requests, ensuring rigorous review and formal approval by the Front Office.
