Under the direction of the Compliance Manager and/or Corporate Compliance Director, you will support reviews of policies, processes, and procedures to test effectiveness, ensure compliance, and promote continuous improvement. You will also assist in managing oversight of third-party relationships and gifts &amp; entertainment activities.YOUR IMPACT<ul><li>Conduct fact-finding and investigative activities including interviews, licensing reviews, data collection, analysis, and recordkeeping.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with administrative requirements applicable to export transactions, including recordkeeping, certification, and reporting.</li><li>Map and test technology access controls to assess the effectiveness of access processes.</li><li>Maintain strong working knowledge of federal regulatory requirements related to U.S. export compliance and Anti-Corruption, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Foreign Assets Control Regulations (FACR), Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and UK Bribery Act.</li><li>Advise internal stakeholders of process or policy gaps and support corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in preparing and submitting voluntary disclosures.</li><li>Conduct root cause analyses, design and implement corrective actions, and deliver training to promote ongoing improvement and compliance awareness.</li><li>Support and coordinate training initiatives on export compliance and anti-bribery/anti-corruption topics to maintain a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day oversight of the third-party due diligence program, ensuring timely and accurate completion of initial and periodic screening.</li><li>Evaluate third-party risk assessments to determine if further due diligence is required; request and review intelligence reports as needed.</li><li>Ensure that due diligence results, assessments, and documentation are properly maintained.</li><li>Compile metrics and assist with reporting on third-party due diligence, gifts and entertainment, and other compliance activities.</li><li>Facilitate risk-based compliance reviews through data collection, analysis, and support of the review process.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in international business or a related field.</li><li>3 years of professional experience in compliance, export controls, internal audit, or a related area.</li><li>Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work on confidential matters using sound judgment.</li><li>Foundational understanding of IT systems and applications.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience conducting audits, self-assessments, and compliance reviews.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or similar tools to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and departments of the organization.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.</li></ul>Pay Range: $63,500.00 - $101,700.00<div><div><div><div><div><div><div>The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
