GEA Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Sales Support Executive to join our Liquid &amp; Powder Technologies (LPT) division. This role is essential in supporting the service sales team while actively engaging in spare-part sales activities (30-40%) to drive growth in GEA aftermarket services. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver spare-part solutions that ensure optimal performance of GEA equipment.Responsibilities / TasksSales Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and manage service and spare part quotations, contracts, and proposals for LPT equipment.</li><li>Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and monitor shipment, clearance, delivery, and accounts receivable, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain CRM records and track service sales pipelines and open quotations.</li><li>Support the preparation of service agreements, including preventive maintenance contracts and spare parts packages.</li><li>Execute orders for spare parts and field service, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.</li><li>Maintain the installed base database, including data entry, document control, and other administrative tasks.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate ordering processes.</li><li>Prepare and support service documentation such as reports, manuals, and related materials.</li></ul>Active Sales Engagement<ul><li>Actively identify and follow up on spare-part sales opportunities through customer visits, calls, emails, and installed base analysis.</li><li>Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations alongside the service sales team.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic sales initiatives.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding spare-part inquiries and follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Business, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or technical sales—preferably in industrial equipment or process technology.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).</li><li>Familiarity with process equipment in food, dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.</li><li>Understanding of service business models, including spare parts, maintenance, and digital services.</li><li>Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals and managing service contracts.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
