The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Manager’s daily operations.<ul><li>Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle</li><li>Support the monitoring of the performance evaluation process</li><li>Support the implementation of personnel group and local policies and procedures and maintain compliance with country regulations</li><li>Coordinate the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications</li><li>Maintain the HR administration software</li><li>Support the HR Controlling team in terms of reporting, planning  and budget tracking</li><li>Support the tracking and analysis of personnel costs, payroll, benefits and HR operational expenses</li><li>Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports</li></ul><ul></ul>
