This position will support directly the general manager, three directors, and multiple managers and serves in a non-exempt capacity. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills both verbal and written. The individual is expected to be organized, possess strong planning skills, and enjoy working with others. <h2>Responsibilities:</h2>Uses software applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.<ul><li>Depending upon the organization, may prepare and update functional reports or records requiring compilation of information from multiple sources.</li><li>Receives, screens and directs incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.</li><li>Maintains files and calendars. </li><li>Responsible for arranging business travel, coordinating meeting arrangements, and tracking expenses.</li><li>Ordering supplies, delivery of meals, coordination of events and large meetings. </li></ul><h2>Required/Basic Qualifications</h2><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>In addition to required degree, two (2) or more years related work experience.</li></ul><h2>Desired Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Associate's degree.</li></ul><h2>Additional Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Strong computer skills.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate (both written and oral) in a clear, concise and effective manner.</li><li>Ability to effectively interface with multiple levels of leadership across a department, e.g. executives, managers, supervisors, employees</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with changing conditions.</li><li>Enjoys working with others and possesses a spirit of service. </li></ul><h2>Working Conditions</h2><ul><li>Hybrid – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite location.
